This blog is started by a group of friends, with the purpose of lending a hand to the less fortunate ones. The reason we started this blog is because we felt that during this season of joy, we should be thankful and contented with the things we have therefore we should be charitable towards the less fortunate. This blog will enable the less fortunate or the orphans to experience the joy of Christmas.
We are not a money making blog and our intentions are not to make money out of this. We are not approaching companies or organization to donate a huge amount. We just want ordinary individuals like you and me, friends and family to get together and help the less fortunate ones.
The whole idea of what we are doing is actually getting the wish list from 2 homes which are Shelter Home and Agathians Shelter. The wishes of the kids and also the needs of the homes are posted up in this blog so that people are aware of what these children need and also see what they can do to help them. Every donation will be given a proper tax exemption receipt from the homes. We would also personally put up the donations on our blog so people know that we are really giving it to the homes. Phone numbers and information about the homes are also available so anyone who are in doubt can always call the home.
